I am shocked that any room was not completely cleaned. No, there is not a shuttle to the airport. There is a shuttle from the resort to the grocery store and another to the strip. If you don't want to rent a car, use ride shares. We used Lyft last March and it was great!
The lazy river has tubes available for all guests.
Also, this resort houses the main sales offices, so if you have ANY questions regarding your ownership, this is the place to ask. I always try to work in time to attend the owner update, because these people have the answers.

I booked a stay at the Las Vegas Boulevard property. June 25 to June 28, 2018. It was the WORST experience I have ever received at a Worldmark Resort in over 15+ years!

-Muddy hand prints on door knobs!
-Old (kids) flip-flop (dirty and muddy)lying in the bathroom!
-Cigarette butts on the balcony and on the table! (Not 1 or 2, but 4+)
-Blood on one of the light switches in the master bathroom!
-Rotted and peeling paint!
-Broken door hinges!
-Dried milk on kitchen wall!
-Poorly maintained unit! (interior doors misaligned/kept falling off)
-One of the jacuzzi (next to the Lazy River) was so dirty with sand and silt! The bottom of the entire jacuzzi was BROWN!
-Poor service

- Requested an air humidifier twice, (Once at front desk) The clerk said he would check and let me know. He took my phone number, but I never received any notice from the front desk and no humidifier was ever delivered! For the last two days of my stay, I suffered from bloody nose due to the very dry air. Very poor "service".

- Extra towel request, none delivered until after my 2nd request! (I was told they were short-handed)

Even my guests who came with me to Las Vegas to experience a "Resort" stay and take in a Gwen Stefani concert were disgusted with the condition of this resort and sadly told me they were NOT impressed.

I will send a letter, along with photographs to our Board of Directors. My experience should NOT BE ACCEPTABLE to anyone at Worldmark Resorts or Wyndham Resorts!

Carrie O'Neal

We stayed at Las Vegas Boulevard in Sept. 2016. Great resort. We did not see a shuttle from the airport, we had a rental car. However there is a great shuttle to The Strip I highly recommend using.

Hello!
We have stayed at both the Las Vegas Blvd and Tropicana resorts. We like both depends on what kind of trip we are wanting. If we are looking for a very quiet, laid back, relaxing trip then we stay at the Tropicana resort. If we are wanting a more active trip than we prefer the Blvd resort. Something that may help, the Tropicana Resort was originally a condo complex that was converted to a timeshare. The Blvd property was built as a timeshare resort from the ground up. We do really love both properties. We have never stayed at or driven by the Spencer Street resort.

Hope this helps

Gene

Hands down it's the Blvd location. The staff is great from the bus drivers to the people working the pools. The room are among the best in the system. I like that it's away from the strip but just a short drive away by car,Uber or bus.

Went to Las Vegas Boulevard for a few days. To answer the post below, the lazy river is heated but I am not sure about the pools, may be worth a call. All pools, hot tubs and lazy river were open. Property currently has construction in the lobby; follow the signs to the check in. This was our first time here and we stayed in a 1 bedroom, building #5. The property has much to offer and is located about 5-6 miles south of the strip – there is a shuttle to the strip.

We were familiar with the strip so our intent was to venture elsewhere on this trip. South Point is easy to get to and the closest casino - dropped off my wife and picked her up later. Silverton Casino was an easy stop just over the freeway and has an attached Bass Pro Shop. Red Rock Casino is about a 15 min drive on I-215 west and offers several dining options, a movie theater, bowling alley, a kids’ zone (arcade) and is located next to a mall. There are outlet stores about a mile to the north with many shopping and restaurant options. Smith’s grocery store is just to the north, recommend for food items.

The room was nice overall; however, you could hear significant noise from the hallway – conversations, children running, maintenance/housekeeping. The common BBQ area has no lighting – some of the grills had an attached light on the handle – some were missing? The first BBQ area I went to had 3 grills – one grill did not have briquettes, one grill did not light, and the fire of one came outside the grill and started burning the controls. The BBQ concerns were reported to management. With darkness coming around 5:00 pm the walkways seemed dark without lighting, a bit of a safety hazard with uneven pavement. Also, during the hours of darkness be careful driving around the property as maintenance personnel are on golf carts without lights and sometimes hard to see.

Overall the trip was relaxing, there are many amenities at the resort, and the location is a good jump off point to visit the strip or exploring the area.

Big Bear, Indio (X2), Palm Springs (X2), Las Vegas Tropicana, Las Vegas Boulevard, Solvang, and Kihei

We got back from our trip out to Las vegas resort. Great check-in. Thanks to Grace for getting us show tickets and a car.
Room was super no problems. Some construction going on at the check in but worked out just great. Want a good buffet and reasonable price
go to SOUTH POINT casino. Out the front lot of the casino and make a right. Down about a mile or so. Rodeo time and lots of
cowboys. Don't take the taxis. Use the shuttle. Firsts time i ever got ripped off from a cab. Weather was great and so was
the magic show. Go see Max. He won America GOT TALENT. Well worth the money.

Yes, there is dishwasher powder under the sink as well as liquid dish soap. If you run out, get more from the front desk.

Have been at Boulevard for almost a week now with my best friend and our 5 teenagers (ages 13 to 17). I booked a 3 bedroom a year out and checked in at 4:30 pm and still got a room with very limited view of the pool...but that's okay. We are in building 6 (next to the lobby) and the room is great with a very large deck (table with 4 chairs and small table with 2 chairs). There is a large lazy river, large activity pool and 2 smaller pools (I would not call them small). We went to the pools by 10 am each day and never had a problem getting chairs or cabanas. There is a market in between the lazy river and activity pool that has everything you might need - we went daily for Starbucks and Hawaiian shave ice! The shuttle leaves every hour to the strip (only to Monte Carlo but there is a tram that will take you all the way down to the Bellagio)...our favorite driver was Jack! They have free bottles of water and give great tips (like download the app Travel Zoo for discounts on shows/food). When we didn't use the shuttle we used Uber and it was perfect. I ordered groceries from the Von's website and they were delivered to our room for free - very convenient and will definitely do this again. Check in was very slick - I was the only person in the lobby at 4:30 pm - and didn't even get asked about a presentation (probably because my husband wasn't here). Lobby staff was great to deal with. We will absolutely be back!!

Random question regarding dishwashers at this location - is dishwashing powder (or tablets) provided? Always see laundry powder referenced but no mention of dishwashing supplies. TIA!

Been here for 18 hours and I'm pretty sure Worldmark has wasted at least 3 hours of our time. Ridiculously understaffed and most don't seem to be interested in being accommodating. Cancelled our "owner update". This place seems to all about sales and very little service for existing customers. Gorgio was nice though.

Well we were out there in May and had a great time. Had a 3bdrm Bldg 4 and was plenty of room for the six of us. Grace down at the desk was just a great help with all our stuff. Booked 2 shows in advanced and she had everything waiting for us. Easy check in and very friendly and helpful Stayed out here many times and never had a problem. The volcano at the mirage was very good as usual. Went to see the tigers and garden but not much of a garden. 2 lions sleeping 2 white tigers walking around and 1 black leopard. Really not worth the money. Roller coster above New York was fun. Went to see KA. Was a very good show. If you haven't been down to Freemont street downtown you have to go. We had a blast. Very interesting with all the different entertainment going on and people using the zip lines above you. And the light show was great as always. Saw the aquarium and the porpoises. Very enjoyable. BBq outside on the patio overlooking the pool area. Nice breeze and great weather. Rented a van thru the resort and was fast and easy. The resort is a ways down from the strip but nice and quiet and really didn't mind the drive. The BEST resort on the strip. Will be going back in November

Well I stayed in a 2bedroom penthouse and a reg 2bedroom. The penthouse had nicer bathrooms with the master having a jetted tub and it was bigger. The 2nd had a bigger bathroom the the reg had as well. I would give the resort a call because they are one of the best in the Worldmark system.
