I considered booking at this newly acquired Wyndham resort. So, I read some recent reviews on Trip Advisor about the resort. Although many reviews were good, there were some pretty bad reviews of this resort concerning poor service, uncaring staff and dirty units.

I vacation out of the mainland US often. I have stayed at our Fiji resort twice and Saint Thomas once and loved both of those resorts. I have learned that less than 5 star resorts are sometimes rated as 5 star resorts in other countries. Still, the bad reviews of the Sea Pearl in Phuket made me postpone plans to stay there. I look forward to reading a review from a Worldmark owner that stays there. Thanks

Has anyone experienced Africa through Worldmark or RCI exchange? I am specifically looking for a safari and to visit the gorillas.

resort review: stayed in 2/18.

resort clean and nice, pools very nice and had practically to selves. breakfast buffet very worth it and other food pretty good. a ways from town but the have hourly shuttles to town/beach. best for couples an families as not much night life at resort. we are scuba divers and always had pick up for that included in dives, a lot of traffic in town, so could take awhile. super divers company very good.

would recommend staying for sure. no kitchen, just a teapot.

21000 plus points for 1 bedroom for 7 nights March 2018 Through other sites same place rents for $1340. for same week. Doesn't seem to be a good value. I am still interested in Phuket but the comments bother me.

I'm planning a vacation with my daughter and grand daughter next year and Thailand is at the top of our list. The reviews for Patong Beach on Trip Adviser are so terrible that I'm reluctant to place a reservation. Wyndham are you paying attention? These reviews have stayed consistently bad for several years, both the physical conditions and much worse the unhelpful and unfriendly staff reviews. The photos are lovely, but if the conditions cannot be improved I can't imagine anyone accustomed to WorldMark quality would ever want to stay there.

Since there are no reviews for this Phuket resort on the WM forum, I searched "Wyndham Sea Pearl Resort Phuket" and there is not a chance that I am going risk going to this place until the resort vastly improves in all aspects and has glowing reviews!!! Some of the reviews are very recent. Besides, to stay there cost more points/credits per week to stay than a standard WM resort. I am under the assumption this really is not a Wyndham/WM property but wyndham/Worldmark rents a number of units.
