Have you holidayed at Seven Mile Beach? Here's your chance to tell other owners what it's really like? How big is the pool, or what do you wish you had known before you left home?

My wife and I spent five days at Seven Mile Beach resort the first week of January (2018). The setting is rural, quiet and an easy walk to the beach.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, however our one-bedroom unit, while clean and functional was in serious need of updating. The kitchen and bathroom sinks were slow draining, the AC did not cool the bedroom very well and the sofa bed was intolerable. The pool was fine but the hot tub was really a "warm" tub and the jets didn't work.
All that being said I would not let that stop me from staying there if I was to visit Tasmania again. The location was easy driving distance to towns and tourist sites and just a few minutes from Hobart Airport.

We spent 1 week at Seven Mile Beach during March 2016. The Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a 3 Bedroom Presidential. The Private Hot Tub wad not worth the extra Points. It was nice to have our own Barbecue. Tasmania is beautiful. We had Pademelons visit each day. Very good Whiskey made on Tasmania. Several local Small Pot distillers and also numerous Wineries. Unfortunately there are no lights at Pool so it closes at sunset. When I first set up this trip Patti asked why we were going? Now she wants to go back by stay longer than a week, maybe 3 or 4. We never ran out of things to do.
