I answered my own question by calling the resort and found out that there are five 3 bedroom units. Four of them are two stories and one of them is a single story unit. All of the 4 bedroom units are two stories. On the two story units you have an extra living area/loft with TV. The units are located in the Miner's Club building farther away from the gondola than the Wyndham building that is adjacent to the lift.
Stayed at the 'new' Worldmark Park City for Christmas 2015 and New Years 2016. EXCELLENT. This is a ski-in ski-out location. Gondola is just outside. Worldmark has about 10 units in the building. We stayed in the 4-bedroom deluxe. Tons of space, great view it is well maintained and has modern décor. The staff was excellent. Pool is heated and open in the winter. Excellent gym. Ski lockers. Large play room with kids toys and even Wii separate from club room. Only minor issue: Parking is tight. You only get 1 on-site spot no matter how big your condo. They have shuttle driver to take you to parking and anything else at the Canyons base area so no big deal. Watch fireworks from the room on New Years! Doesn't matter what side of the building you are on. They shoot them off from multiple locations. FYI Canyons and Park City Mtn Resort are now one giant ski area. Vail owns it now and have made lots of improvements especially in the service. It is a HUGE difference, much better-run resort now but you do pay for it. I highly recommend this resort, of all the WM locations we have visited- and we have visited a lot! - this is #1 (Orlando Reunion a close second). We will go back every chance we get - I have a feeling it is going to be a resort that will be sold out a lot.
There are about 10 units total. It is an excellent resort with ski-in ski-out access to one of the best ski resorts in North America. Stayed there this Christmas and it was excellent. If you are lucky enough to find an opening, take it.
