Loc: San Francisco Area
Has anyone been to this resort in the last year? We're booking a 1 bedroom in July for the Marble Falls Lakefest.

We live in San Antonio and needed a quick trip Oct 2019. This is ideal for further hill country excursions that we can't do in a day from SA. Resort is beautiful. Our room was overlooking the river. Pool was a nice break and not too packed with kids(bonus for me). It is a new resort with all that comes with that.
Downside: It is a site where you will be pressed to talk to the reps. They have offices on site.

Excursions first and foremost was hiking Enchanted Rock. Do not try to go on the weekend or in the heart of summer. Oct, midweek was perfect. Research first, it is for those physically able to do it. Side trails also were an effort and not always clearly marked making for a adventurous hike.
Johnson City, LBJ site and Fredericksburg are also a must if you have not yet seen.

We have stayed at Marble Falls several times and love the resort and area. There is still some construction going on, but it hasn't bothered us. The pool and spa area are great and have a wonderful view of the river. There is much to do in the surrounding areas.

I read the resort still has some ongoing construction. Does anyone know if the pool is available for guest?
