According to the resort unit description:

Unit location may be less desirable, it is located next to the pool pump room and may experience noise.

I've booked Inventory special and got a 3 bdrm at Gleneden, but it says "less desirable" location....have you had a unit like this & can you explain where the unit might be? Thanks for any info you can give me.

I have a 2 bedroom with housekeeping reserved for the week of March 5 through the 13th. I need to trade someone for the week of the 13th thru the 20th. I don't need a 2 bedroom but prefer it. If anyone is willing to do this please contact me. This is my first time doing this so My phone # is 360-678-7788. Thanks in advance Scott.

Hi
I think it mean you will not have a view of the ocean. I have stayed in a two bedroom that was said to be less desirable. Sometimes we had a view but it was not the best,I have sometimes had none. I must say every time I get a booking there I take what every the have.It is such a beautiful part oh the Oregon coast with a lot to see and do. I can't wait til my January stay. Hope you make the best of what ever location you stay in.

Is a "3 BDR less desirable location" something to really avoid? What makes them "less desirable" (specifically)? Found some availability- booked it- and now just looking for info......... Thanks for any help.

Hi
I have been at many WorldMarks while work was being done and it's always been fine.(IMO) There was Vegas, Seaside, Running Y and Gleneden. Most of the work is done in sections and stops at about 3.30 or 4 o'clock.

Received a note about construction and noise over the holidays. I am wondering how extensive this will be and whether I should cancel the reservation.
Will they stop working due to the number of guests there or continue to make the stays uncomfortable?
