I am curious to know why you don't just cancel the reservation, so someone on the wait list will get it? We have had some success with wait lists and are always very appreciative.

We have a 2 bedroom reserved for this November (2014) 19-24 for ourselves and another couple. Just found out that our son and his girlfriend are joining us, so we would be delighted with a 3 bedroom. I am on a wait list, but I wondered if anyone has a 3 bedroom reserved who might be able to get by with a 2 bedroom? Would sure appreciate a trade, if possible.

recently visited for the 1st time.this is a small luxery resort. very upscale within WorldMark locations. Our 1 bedroom was very large, even had a garage with it. the pool area has everything you would imagine there for adults and kids alike. but it is SMALL as is the exercise room. Looked crowded with a dozen people & kids. Close to things to see. We visited friends accross town & the traffic at 5pm was awful. So pick where you want to go with traffic in mind.We would defintely return if we were going in that direction. Staff was excellent!

Hi. I'm thinking about renting a few units for a cousins' reunion in February 2015. We may have a multi-generational picnic with the cousins' kids and grandkids. Is the barbeque area at the resort appropriate for a long picnic with kids for 30 to 40 people, or should we plan to go to a local park and rent a gazebo or something?
Thx,
Ruth

And then it got worse. They moved us to a twins-in-the-second-BR unit. The stove had one burner working out of four. The internet is still intermittent and keeps forcing me to re-log in every few hours. The knives in the block had been put away filthy, requiring 10-15 minutes of scrubbing of ossified filth to get a chef's knife into a condition where I could cut an onion without crying more from the condition of the utensil than from the onion. My daughter asked me, Why didn't we just stay at the Residence Inn? And I had no good answer for her. The average Residence Inn beats this place hands down.

I'm having a very disappointing experience here. First, we were told that the 2BR units had two twins in the second bedroom, but we're stuck with a queen - and two kids who can't share it. Yeah, there's a foldout in the LR, but that means the adults lose the use of the living room. Second, the internet service is horrible, cutting in and out. We had to cancel a Skype lesson with my son's tutor because we couldn't even get good audio, let alone video connectivity. We called the helpdesk of the internet provider and they were very nice and tried a few things, getting it from abysmal to awful, but we can't seem to get better than that.

Needless to say, I am very, very disappointed by this experience and angry at Worldmark. This is not what we're paying for by any means.
