How along are they with the building of the new units in the back of the property? Figured they would be three story buildings for the location.

As of 4/10/2019, the framing is mostly complete, and the elevator shafts appear to be complete. They are working from ~7 am to ~3 pm. Lots of work left. They are not adding an additional pool. That will cause the current pool to be extremely crowded. Today (4/11), a truckload of pool chair, tables, chaise lounges were delivered. Can't wait to see how they are going to make it all fit around the pool.

On the adjacent property, the tennis land has been flattened, and nothing but dirt remains. They are building a 159 unit senior apartment community.
