I'm at this resort's threads, there are a lot, but I cannot see any postings at all. Any thoughts why?

We were excited to drive to Palm Springs last week. We stayed at this resort last week (April 2018) for 3 nights in the 1BR unit (room 116 to be specific).

The resort is old and smelly. The unit is outdated, dark and old. Per Worldmark instructions, the Worldmark units do not allow pets. As we walked in, we were hit with a musty odor then top with a strong pet urine odor. We suffered allergic reactions for the whole time we were there. My whole family is allergic to dogs. The clothes that we put in the closet or kept in the suitcase absorbed the odors and it was not pleasant.

I did not raise this with the front desk, because I know there was nothing that they can do about it. We toughed it out.

We will not definitely come back to this one. It's not up to the Worldmark standards. Major improvements/remodelings are needed.
