I have a 3 bedroom deluxe booked for the second week of the Sundance Festival (Jan 28-Feb 2). There is a room with a full bed available for $140 per night, a second room with two twin beds available for $70 per bed per night, and the sofa bed in the living room for $50 for one person or for $70 for two people.
