Nice enough resort. If you are American, plan not to have a regular drip coffee pot. Also they don't provide spices. The kitchen is really small and the dishwasher is minuscule. I heard from fellow Americans that the studios expect you to wash dishes in a large bucket!! We had a two bedroom so it was a little better.

The patio was very nice but a bit overgrown. Absolutely no wifi. They have no office computers to use either. The wifi costs each day, despite the fact that I am a travelshare member and have paid lots of $ for that feature!!

The hot tub has no jets,,,it's just hot. Staff is very fine and quite responsive to guests. Wash machines are ample but crowded.

The scenery at this resort is wonderful. Landing in Queenstown and travelling to the resort provides a very interesting experience, especially if you have never driven in the left side of the road. The directions to the resort take one over the Crown Range and the roads are narrow and can be snow packed. The New Zealanders drive so fast and beep if you go slowly around curves. Very curvey road! There is another route to the resort and it's much more beautiful and a little longer, but not such a scarey road!
